The Process

After reviewing your home, photos, and any previous listings, we create an original staging proposal detailing our plans for your space. Once this proposal is approved and deposit is received, we schedule installation as quickly as you need it. Installation may take up to three days. While the home is listed, we visit weekly to ensure everything is fresh and ready for showing. Once the home is under contract with contingencies removed, we remove the staging. Cleaning services and minor repairs may be scheduled as needed.
